I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for providing us with an excellent home. At first we were a little nervous to buy a new home period. We have bought new builds before and it always ended up being such a hassle. After meeting with you and your contractors it became clear that we had made the right decision in this purchase.

We had been looking for months for the right place. Each time we liked something from the outside and then we walked in and it was a major let down. We were looking at the same type of house as far as size, price and location, but yours was miles better as far as the finishings went. It showed that you really took the time to think about the layout of the home and what a home owner would want; given location and price range.

What I was most impressed with was your follow-up after we had moved in. You stopped by within days of us moving in to make sure everything was okay. As with any new build we had a few minor issues to be dealt with. Before we could even follow-up with you, you had already set up a schedule for the work to be completed with an end date! It was only a plan and you cleared everything with us to make sure we were not inconvenienced. I have to say, that was the reason I decided to write this letter. Amazing home and absolutely amazing service! We could not be happier!
